i had it bookmarkedis the 0.30 english version built on the 0.29 translation project or is it all machine translated?

Just downloaded it and my pc flagged a trojan wacatac. I know there are false positives but from a forum instead of a dedicated source I do like to be extra careful. Is it a false positive?
