Yes I have one for 46.6
Ill post it, but I've been modifying it a bit. For example, I got fed up with the Police quest, so you cannot get a wrong answer on the phone call bit. There is also a large RED RD next to the time, that resets the Hospital day timer for sleeping with the wives in the ward, again I got fed up lol.
Also, resetting your energy replenishes the succ hypno power.

I think that's all the things I changed. But feel free to use it.
