There is ~30000 lines of Chinese text in this game, and so improving the translation will take a long long time. Right now, the translation is pure MTL and has not been edited for readability. Luckily, Lokplart has already put in a lot of effort to create the infrastructure to improve the translation further so if anyone is willing to help they can do so.

To people who have the same problem i have... I fixed my problem. solution is simple. if you extracted the file with winrar, just delete it. download 7zip and extract with 7zip. and than bamm.. it is working.
