Not sure in your specific case, locked options like that often means you lack some Affection/Depravity points with her, I would say continue to "exercise with her"

Heyo. 60.FF translation has been uploaded.
Against my better judgement I will try to provide one source for the full version since the all the links to the Chinese one are going to shit. But that will take a while.

Im upgrading from 46 to 60FF anyone got a save file thats somewhat complete but not 100% so i dont need to redo everything again?

Not sure if your old savegame is still compatible with the last version, but here is how you can get it back :
- Go to "Documents" folder
- Open "Сохранения игр Quest Navigator"
- Inside you'll find one folder with a lot of characters, letters and numbers, and inside that folder, you'll find your savegame, 1.sav, 2.sav, etc.. (6.sav is the autosave)
Now what you need to know is that there's a different folder inside Сохранения игр Quest Navigator for each version of the game (maybe you already have several?). Anyway, you just need to find which folder corresponds to version 46, and which one corresponds to 60FF, so that you just move your old savegame (1.sav if it was saved on the slot #1 and so on) from the folder of old version, to the folder of the new version, then you could just load your old 46 savegame into the 60FF version of the game. I hope I'm clear in my explanations :x
If there's only one folder, launch SOA 60FF, start a new game, and save the game, it will create a folder for version 60FF

just keep on following the mayor election plot until you meet Ms white. it's pretty straight forward. them you got to the island and meet yuna shiina and follow her plot. at the end you'll get a usb
in the last version of the game, the game developer forget to put the DLC and some old things in older version. So I can not make a clear walkthrough for u now.

you can find by save a new game, then u find the newest save file in the folder.
the evil of eyes is DLC, and the developer forrget to put DLC back in the last 2 version
