There are many small choices that unlock or do not unlock scenes in the short, long, or even very long term. However, it is possible to unlock 95% of a route at once. At the moment there are only 2 trans scenes but there will be more later. And only trans women. (Woman with a cock) Mc fucks woman with a cock
I would say 99% of sex scenes are avoidable. At some point, if you don't make the "trans" choice, you won't have trans scenes throughout the story.

In my opinion, the compressed file was simply improperly decompressed.
Murder, necrophilia (crazy guy having sex with zombies), and cannibalism are already included. As for rape, I won't create any scenes where the main character participates in a rape. There are scenes depicting rape for the sake of "atmosphere" (in an apocalyptic world, it's very believable), but in no case does the main character participate. I don't want to give the impression that I'm promoting rape (in fact, the rapist characters in the story die in terrible suffering (see the next update)). Additionally, I might have problems with game distribution, as many platforms prohibit rape (understandably)
