You are right, you pick one or the other pretty early on.At least unmodded, I'm pretty certain that the Association (or, rather, the Firey Fangs) and the Gorgons are mutually exclusive.

Thanks; replayed getting help from The Association (thought Fiery Fangs is somewhat separate or deals with) and found main character (MC) can get fairy allies/love interests (LI) and healer by talking to two people an Association staff member criticized... aren't allies (but evil) but allies come from stopping them... don't think I got to most/all content until third or fourth time playing (mostly speedrun this time). Does seem the case (as someone mentioned earlier) The Association and the gorgons are mutually exclusive paths (mostly, at least for LI)... I liked gorgons for getting more magic items, and The Association for other LI. It'd be interesting if the extra LIs were in the menu near end (which has nine). As far as I remember, you can end up with every ally if you make the right choices.[...]
Did you just assume that demon's gender?Talothral: in The Association path, a typographical/logic mistake is the succubus (dating werewolf) is called an incubus.
Well, there is still a choice to go to the said demon before you go meet the werewolf... might want to look below the waist when you do >.>.Talothral: in The Association path (unlike the gorgon path) a typographical/logic mistake is the succubus (dating werewolf) is called an incubus.
I guess.Did you just assume that demon's gender? [...]
I see. Succubi & incubi are sometimes considered extreme, like can 'fuck someone to death': clearly not what Naha does... don't know about others in the setting... I seem to recall female demons/spirits/undead in the game that could kill the main character (MC) if he submits.[...] But no, it isn't a mistake. Naha is an incubus. It's buried in the thread by now, but Incubus/succubus feeds on life energies and souls like all demons. But they are more "gentle" about it, and drain just that little they need to stay in the physical plane during sex. Now Naha is attracted to males, thus he has changed his appearance to be more feminine since a large majority of males are attracted to feminine features, thus increasing the amount of people he can lure.
I remember now; just was confused when playing some parts again...Now the key difference comes from that Maera doesn't know that. She knows how to deal with them, but she doesn't know this demon personally. Unlike the Fiery Fangs, whose informant Naha is. Simple exchange. He tells them about more dangerous demons roaming around and Fiery Fangs let him live in peace as long as he doesn't go on a murder spree.
All of them can kill easily, and most demons will gladly take the life. But in the case of Naha and Tamara (and some others) it is to avoid detection. Both of them are far more powerful than most beings, but it is a numbers game. No matter how powerful you are, if the opposing side can muster hundreds or even tens of thousands against you, it's just a matter of time that one of them succeeds. The hunters need to get it right only once... demons every time. Of course they could kill all of them, but that just attracts the attention of more powerful people/beings. Angels are also roaming the physical plane and then there are the likes of Maera who even Tamara is afraid of...I guess.

Nevertheless, looking forward to The Sorcerer 2!

ExactlyNaa, this is a good thing. It means another playthrough.
They could also be in your appdata folder still (if PC/Mac, although not sure if the name is the same on Mac)FUCK!!! IT JUST DAWNED ON ME. I FUCKING DELETED MY SAVE FILES! I'M SCREWED WHEN THE SEQUEL RELEASES!
Android user, sadly. They could also be in your appdata folder still (if PC/Mac, although not sure if the name is the same on Mac)
I wouldn't be too concerned about this. There won't be save importing simply because Sorcerer wasn't built for that, nor I want to force people to play through a game just for that, but as similar to TRS2 you either start with Canon ending or customise the game via... relatively short questionnaire.FUCK!!! IT JUST DAWNED ON ME. I FUCKING DELETED MY SAVE FILES! I'M SCREWED WHEN THE SEQUEL RELEASES!
Renpy has only the 1 save folder on Macs AFAIK. It's not under the game itself, so you can nuke & reinstall without fear, but if you go rooting around deleting shit under ~/Library/Renpy you need to either have backups or face the consequences. They could also be in your appdata folder still (if PC/Mac, although not sure if the name is the same on Mac)
