Default choices (defines) and use of persistents to record any questions last answered value from a previous questionnaire run. Perhaps an option to reset the questionnaire to the default state.
Preload the questions with any persistents with a value other than None. Any unanswered questions use the default value. Skip/Continue button at the top of the sections to advance to the next batch.
