The developer has said that the game will be a kinetic novel with decisions only when choosing LI and the sex scenes, but I believe that at some point there will be two linear but separate paths.
For now she will surely appear only in flashbacks when the MC was learning to fight to survive, it seems that while she was healing him she was telling him about the whole plot and the shady business that was going on in the prison.
That's what I was trying to say poorly about Claire and the other LI's.
I don't know if the harem is confirmed here, I haven't read it anywhere, so it may not exist, or if it does, it's probably only with the LIs of compatible side/faction.
I didn't think it was either I did a quick search someone said the dev said so but that was only from one user. So without a tag or more confirmations im still not buying it is one. It just doesn't feel like a harem to me right now, so we will see.

There was no info about the harem makeup. Whether you had to take all 6 to get it, or whether you can have 3 or 5. Or maybe like PickerLewd suggested, some are incompatible. We'll have to wait and see, but at least for me, I won't worry about separate paths for now.
