I can't progress here, Lyara says i need to progress with other girls, but there's nothing to progress right now because i finished all those unlocked girls scenes.

This is a game that gets better with each update type of game, This is a point in the storyline that makes you go yep this could be a great game but until you to get to that point you will notice little tweaks from the first animation or the way the game is written that just improves with each scene.

For those sitting on the fence I would say play until you get to a big story drop before making your mind up on this game, it will take a good 1-2 hours to get this part and you know what I mean when you get to it before making your mind up on this game,

Yeah, there's zero reason for the sandbox in this game. After playing through half the available girls, it looks like no matter what point in the story you're at, there's only one girl's path open at a time. All the sleeping and moving around locations is just pointless filler. :/
