Pretty sure there is an option to choose pussy or futa at one point, but it's sort of woven into the dialogue so you might have missed it. I forget where.
This is one of those no strings attached games that you play only for the scenes.
And Honestly, as much as I hate NTR, Hibbi is so fucking cute I'm willing to suffer through it.

For the new scenes that I found:
Talk with Hibi while she is watching reality television Monday night
Visit Nikki's trailer in the morning
Give Nikki a massage while she's sunbathing (this one is 2 in 1) Friday afternoon
Stable is still inaccessible to my knowledge and there's a new(?) highlighted area next to the barn, the forest which I think is hinted as being the location for a future skinny dip scene from the dialogue.
Not sure if there's anything I missed since there's no gallery to check, there might be new dialogue, but I might have just missed it last time. I got Hibi and Nikki to 40 rep and it didn't seem to change anything. Also, for the new scenes the mc has changed race. An interesting choice, wouldn't bug me if it was at least consistent.

I found pretty early when she starts talking about it. She mentions "some hyena girls have it". And I'm trying to find where I can say that I'm not into that, but that just makes her upset for not accepting her. Before that try, on another save, I tried asking what she meant and she got frustrated for "not understanding" it. I really HOPE you can turn it off, especially since she admitted that in this world, some hyena girls DON'T have it...but it looks like you cannot escape it here.
I'll keep a save just before the discussion. If anybody can find a combination of replies that turns her into not having a peg-clit, I'd be very grateful. I'll try to see if I can just avoid scenes that have her use it.
My guess, since right after, you get the choice between pseudo-penis and vulva, she'll always have been born with one, but it's optional for the scenes. So I'll just avoid scenes where your ass might be in danger.

As far as I know, the only time it comes into play. Is in sex scenes where you get a choice of with or without. I imagine it's always going to be there because it's part of the character. But I doubt they will force it on you without choice.
