Hit the enter key, it worked for me, but it has to be after both of them finish, meaning the scene ends.

As far as I know, the only time it comes into play. Is in sex scenes where you get a choice of with or without. I imagine it's always going to be there because it's part of the character. But I doubt they will force it on you without choice.

I think it's a pretty obscure fact if you're not into animal biology.

This release is "Unstable" so it's loaded with bugs. They haven't released a bug free version yet. If you play it, it's going to be hit or miss. Better to just wait until they fix it. Also, I feel like they had a good start, but the content is going to go downhill from here....
