Innocent Witches is an example, it started as an Akabur remake and than turned into something completly different

I would include Lust Academy as an example of a successful (though not particularly great) Hogwarts/Potterverse-themed game. The game's dialogue is pretty mediocre (kind of 'Engrish'), but it has a pretty impressive sandbox setup, and there are quite a few very good (IMO) sex scenes; several of them repeatable. Overall, kind of a 'guilty pleasure' game (again, IMO), but might be worth a look from yv0751 for analysis purposes.
