Wait for the next Updates is the answer to most of your questions... remember "Completed" is a tag awarded by F95 for presenting an ending not for a finished product these days

How do I deliver 'Galaxina Shell to Itari Administration?' I tried talking to my onboard characters, I tried talking to he Itary administration, I tried talking to the ittari office in the bar, and none trigger progression.

Finished the game absolutely a banger addicting game play and resource management , love how i became a millionaire by yoinking the proto bot , (but had to cheat at the end to see the premium disne- i mean Holo max premium experience for the gallery)

The items you listed below were just for ambience (getting some additional backstory / dialogue from characters). Some will get a function in the Krell Expansion 1.50.

The Trainer Pillar is not completable in 1.40 (its SUB +x for 5 crew members), but will be added last.

Once you unpacked it and broke open the prototype crate you can no longer deliver it.
The Inventory crate you can just drop at Station Admin in Iltari Station (click on it).

In 1.50 there is a way to do both (hint: The Beacon of Assembly...)

The first expansion is "Adventures in Krell Space", which pursues somewhat more kinky angles and will be out as BETA in October on Substar or Patreon.

Public Release November/December.

I like it when characters personalities change slightly as a result of their new circumstances. This is often absent and contributes to the feeling that a game is incomplete. That's definitely true here, where the characters have new sexual behavior, but retain the same kind of stand-off personality based on their sci-fi archetypes.
For example, I hope at least one of the girls starts to enjoy the leash and is willing to wear it outside of the krell zone. Or another example, a non-sexual conversation between 2 female characters about what they're doing and wearing.

Well Nhime is kinda a shapeshifter as she can take any appearance she wants by lore... so she might actually be able to pull out the real pony if she wanted to

Is there going to be any content with Ylyee? She officially joins the crew and says she'll go to her room, but her room appears to not be implimented. She just disappears from the game completely till appearing in the last scene of the game, claiming to have been on the ship with a job. her room is implemented and you can visit her there already inversion 1.40, although with no lewd content there yet.
There will be some content with her in 1.50.

V1.70, should you make one, could be about Ylyee content, and be called " The secrets of Xenos" or " Secrets of the ancients"
it could be focused on solving mysteries and maybe more lore dumps about the precursors and other ancient races.

Or perhaps be "Heart of the Swarm" and delve more into its nature and the lore and history about it. perhaps add special questchain with special boss unit of swarm to fight. stuff about what the swarm tries to do now that you penetrated into the heart of their territory into that lost sector of theirs. and focusing on Vee content.

Because i really want there to be a V1.70 as well.
