The first level does`nt drop Precursor Bot Crates? When you say farm, you mean farm Precursor Bot Crates? Or farm the other regular items that drop? And again, what is the best strategy to beat a lvl? Those spiders keep spawning, and both the guardian and the core kill me fast.

farming as in, you fight, rush the guardian, kill it, steal content then leave the mission without killing the precursor core. rinse repeat.


recommend bfg torpedo as they have aoe and just try some strats, you can hide behind rocks and it shows if you can get shot by the guardian

you can always run away with the button on the right side

ps when running low on torps remember the torpedo investment you can do from captains computer and t'ris her morning activity)

I don`t think you understand my question. How can i farm Precursor Bot Crates if the guardian doesn`t drop them?! I`ve re-rolled many times, there were other valuable items, but no bot boxes at all. So again, do i just need more patience or does the guardian in the first lvl not drop bot boxes?

like i said before, kill the first precursor core the first time then it moves to the second stage, i think that one starts dropping crates then.
Or go to the krell system and do it there, might have higher drop rate not sure

The precursor bot stuff is kinda late game stuff, so don't expect to find any in the first or second system.
I think you need to be in the later systems, the systems you can unlock after the Krell system, to get precursor bot crates from the precursor cores and I don't think it is guaranteed to drop bot crates, so you could just have crappy RNG luck if you don't see any type of bot crates at all.

I have really enjoyed the new content but one thing that slightly bugs me is Khelara and Vee.
The game has an ending but I still can't get them to wear Krell attire in other systems...
Khelara should just have a higher cap from discipline, and Vee should have no requirement but just be convinced with 'logic'.

What is the option "Bot Analyzer" supposed to do? It's the one when building bots. It produces an error when I click on the button.

I've been wondering the same. I'm pretty far into the game (at least I think I am, since I got the medic and only one more map I haven't been to yet) and it still gives an error. Also wish there was a way to test all the models instead of only the first 3.

As I would not want to have a game version out there with such a major flaw I tested it.
Works perfectly fine in V200_010c, 010d, 010e.

Below screencaps of my analyzer and botlab with no issues. I dimly remember having it fixed shortly after 010b release.

Joke apart, it's just a specific shell type (either SBPShell1TypeF, SBPShell2TypeF, SBPShell3TypeF)
it comes with random stats and unic skin.

SBPShell1TypeF, SBPShell2TypeF, SBPShell3TypeF (Gen 1, 2, 3) can have any of these traits and personalities:
"perverted", "nympho", "princess", "supermodel", "hive queen", "galaxina", "protector", "fantasy", "celebrity", "infiltrator", "syrax concubine", "voronian concubine", "temptress", "pet", "playful", "seductress"

It ALWAYS have the "Devoted" attribute (which means the escape risk is ALWAYS 0%)
As Gen3 Elite it ALWAYS takes the "Fantasy" personality and mostly Nympho, Perverted traits (which are often the best to have)
It also comes with 3 random "Likes" stats with random values.

So it's prolly the best shell to have since you can easily get a bot with 5 Likes and you dont need to use any Immobilizer (even on gen 3 military bot you can hit a price around 30M)

There is one more thing about the Fantasy shell. In versions 2.00_10b and below Nimhe will accept it but will never try to produce it because of a bug. This was corrected in _10c.

never been able or just stoped showing?, because reaching pirate base is just the first part to get there, need to make a mission first when you have your first weapon to unlock smuggling and bounty ones, also there is a swicth on the mission list, uncheck all other and see

i can't for the life of me figure out the ores to put in "the elemental integrator", tried many ways, there must be one or 2 i am messing up, ideas?

The image is for the next puzzle as the guide is not all that clear.

As for the final one with the pink shards I can not figure that one out, none of them are labelled where you found them and that is the key to placing them.

The very first puzzle, with the various ores, is the key to that final puzzle.

Each ore you place in the first puzzle comes from a specific system and the Hint panel has a specific symbol for each position for the ores that you place. If you read the description for each ore, it will tell you what system it came from and you can match the ore (and the system it is found in) with the hint panel to find the symbol for each star system.

If you click on one of those shards, it should show in the description that it came from a particular system.
The final puzzle uses the exact same symbols, so you just need to remember a couple of the symbols from the first puzzle and you can use it to place the pink shards on the final puzzle.
The placement of the shards 'kind of' resembles the warp navigation map (and the order you unlock the systems), so find the symbol for the starting system and you should be able to work out the placement of all the other shards.
