Is there a way to have Khelara to prioritize one type of torpedo before another? She uses the best in inventory, but I want to save those for the underverse ships. I can't really remove them temporarily either. Currently I reload it all after a battle and for the lower level enemies I don't go through more than one full load anyway so its not much of an issue. It would just be nice if there was a way to prioritize specific torpedos. Not sure if that is the right way to put it. Maybe disable use of specific ones instead. That might be better because I really don't care what she loads if its in my inventory, except the Collapsars because they are hard to accumulate so it would be great if I could tell her not to load those for now or something like that.
that option does not exist at the moment. I probably could add a dialogue option to her menu so you can tell her directly in the engine room.
Maybe an option to replace torpedoes like with like until there are no appropriate replacements? So for example if you have three vorons and three BFTs, to replace the used vorons with new vorons and the used BFTs with new BFTs? After that she could just go back to using the best available.

I've been trying to think of a way to make it less complicated so there is less chance of bugs or glitches. Maybe something like a an indicator or checkbox on the icon of the torpedo in the inventory to enable or disable ability to reload it? Meaning she would avoid those that are checked and instead reload the next highest tier.

A tried and familiar method would be having a selection screen for it, like Nimhe when we want her to make a Bot Shell
What for is the Galaxina shell? Is it to put it on a bot and send her to the arcade? Or sell her (which is probably a bad idea)? I haven't tried the armoury, and don't know if she would be a better combatant than one of the 2 protectors or the interceptor I already have there.
As QC isn't working on that shell, can we do something else with it?
Also, what does Nihme means when she's talking about 'trying out the shell'?
It would be nice if we could use that shell on the bot in our room, for example.

The Galaxina shell is for a bot that you either send to arcade or sell. Not sure it can actually go to armory, since it is not a P or I shell.
Not sure what Nimhe is talking about specifically, but she does have quests involving bots/shells, specifically I and G shells. One she wants for herself, the other for your type-J bot.
And yeah, would be nice if we could decide what shell to use on our type-J bot, but I think the time needed to implement that would be better used on other things. Like QC for all bot types
I like that proposal. It reduces management overhead for the player. Implemented in 2.30 like so:
- at the begin of combat the current loadout is memorized
- in combat khelara picks an empty slot and tries to refill it with whatever was in there
- if that type is not found or no memorized slots available (started combat empty) she'll default to the best she can find
Ok, thanks. I understand about the fact that some options are more difficult to implement. Mainly because it's an unique shell, I though it would be nice to be able to set it apart from the other in one way or the other.
How do I get Khelara exb shower scene? I gave her Drengarian Fire when she was idling in her room around 18:00 (can't give her Drengarian Ice Tea as she will refuse), but the shower scene at 20:00 is still the same as usual. I got her Appreciation to 5, and she already wearing the Racy Uniform with maxed 3 exhibitionism

If she won't take the Ice Tea she ain't ready for the shower scene yet. Progress in other parts, and get her a revealing uniform, then she might be more inclined towards drinking after hours.
How do you obtain another infiltrator shell?
I sold mine to that random merchant guy that kept popping up on the third time, figuring it might be a quest. But no. I have yet to find another shell. Now can't progress Nimhe's Special Project 1, or deploy my Infiltrator to damage the portal on Abydos (I could of course assault in this case but I assume there's a nude scene if you deploy the the bot again).

NEGATIVE! I don't mean to yell, but I screwed this up on my current playthrough. You very much want to do the Full Assault, not the Infiltrator. The assault gets you the Abyssal Queen shell, plus the other awards.
The Infiltrator is the easier method (as you don't have to fight 3 Abyssal Guard ships), but all you get is the Underverse cargo compressors, and can start Khelara's rope bondage stuff. I'm about 80% sure that you get those two things as well with the Assault. And the Infiltrator route doesn't even have a new Infiltrator scene.
EDIT: To answer your actual question, I feel like YV implemented a backup method to get another Infiltrator shell, but I'm not finding it in the first 2 pages of forum search results.
But YV did give a code to force-spawn a shell. One of these

If you give the infiltrator shell to Nimhe, she can make as many as you want. Then you can have one for missions, some for the armory and spares to sell to the collector. I don't know what you can do if you already sold the only one you had though.
Similarly, get your first P shell from Krogneath during the armory quest, then give it to Nimhe so she can make as many of them as you want.
Based on a quote from the Dev, Developer post, you should be able to go back to the Outer Belt and find another Infiltrator shell.
I don't know if that was changed in the most recent version or not, but if you don't want to cheat in a new shell, you should be able to visit those asteriods in Iltari and find another (quality won't be as good as the original).
if for some reason you lost your infiltrator shell or sold it or let it escape you can just visit the outer fields in the first star system and you stumble upon a spare shell, albeit of lower quality

You can't complete that mission until rather late in the game. When you get to Quthor, you should eventually be allowed to enter the station and you should get a mission to investigate a rumor about people going missing in a bar (The Leather Forge).
When you complete that mission, you should get a message when you return to the docking bay about something being strange. Use the Hyper Scanner on your ship and you should find the Chambermaid for Seraphine.
