I found the second Maya easter egg, but I can't get Vyl Daemith Wine cellar scene, Erins 3rd scene and the new panda (I think) scence. Trying hard to find them though

Kox whatever. found the scene. on the 10th day solve the puzzle (dunno if it has to be the 10th day) and come back to the boilers again. you take her home and well you know. she also never had before 
Can someone please give new waltkrhrough with cheats because now I need to start the game from beginning
I don't know if somebody already found 2nd Erin easter egg but if not.. you need to get first easter egg scenes by talking to witches at 13th day, go out with Roselyn to the forest (or maybe all 3 places i dunno) and then talk to Erin again.
Is there any way how to get scene with Beatrix (panda girl) or is she not available yet? The only thing she tells me is that she doesn't have time.
