I've played this game when I've first discovered it years back, and this...actually makes a lot of sense when you'd put it that way. Makes me look at the game in a different light now.

Choices made by the MC can only affect current and future scenes, not those which occured in the past. These characters had lives prior to the events shown in the present day story.Why there's femdom with sister even after I shut it off and there's this cousin too, sharing route is closed too and why MC suddenly becomes soo f*cking dumb with sister

Is this latest update on patreon a real main story update or more of the same day to day simulator thing?
I'm Playing this game for last six months and the game is updated twice with very short content. This Game don't contains any animation they just have to make stories then why this much slowww.
In the last 6 months the game got an update now, at the end of January, at the end of November, at the end of September and at the end of August. I don't know which game you're playing but that ain't Spacecorps...
It covers the first half of the new day, no strong story updates. This is the main plan although in the end he moved the breakfast event for lunch (which opens the possibility of making another mission during First watch):

It affects what ending/endgame you will get. But that is way off, so don't worry about it.
It's usually updated with the public version. The earliest version is already out since Saturday, public release is between 7-10 days later, so one more week to go at most.
