The new update's out, the main new content ended up being just the Alpha flashback orgy (part of the lecture mission). Kex scene didn't make it in this time. Next month content:
- Post-Alpha lecture scene with Anna
- Kex story scene with the portal
- New Sam mission (becomes available after doing all of his shower scenes)

I'm going to be honest, im kinda getting tired of sam, like can we get other male character progression, like literally anyone
I understand what you mean, he's definitely a bit overexposed right now, but the next scene is the wrap-up for the shower scenes, so it can't wait too long. And while the shower scenes might seem like he got a lot, each scene contained relatively little progression by itself. Also, saying no other male has progressed is simply not true. This year also had content with Chad (who has a bit in this update), Drex and Ayewn and if we count purely characterisation, Cole and Rick got bits as well. Sam got a few side appearances and his shower finale. Hardly worth acting like he is overwheming everyone else. He is also he most popular character, so his appearances are getting a bit more fanfare and, of course, attention.
Sam will still be prominent because of the brother's storyline (that's the "new Sam mission" of the next update, I believe), but I think that once the shower sequence is done there will be space for the other male characters (which did have some story progression though, albeit a bit scattered).

It actually won't be about Dan, afaik. It will be about the MC and Sam trying to retrieve security footage of them doing it in the shower. Invigilator Meera will also play a part in the mission and will have a scene with the MC.
Yep, I think Cole will probably be the one to get the next set of M/M shower scenes, which will kick of the romance. Aside from him, week 3 will likely have:
- the conclusion to the Dan storyline (don't know what the overall outcome will be, though, like will Dan stay a robot? will he get a human body back? etc.)
- ServiCorps missions with Han'zi and some new male characters
- an Ayewn mission
- some more Drex scenes? there will definitely be some Bi MMF scenes with him in week 2
Why are they trying to get that tape anyway? Everyone fucks everyone in this ship, and gay sex isn't taboo at all. Is it Jimmy's upbringing that makes him feel ashamed? i don't get it.

)I don't get it either but it seems to be a scene the creator considers necessary for the emotional wrap-up of the scene. Fatima's scene ends with the MC getting more okay with an audience, so maybe that's the equivalent? Or he feels it needs to be done since it alters their longstanding friendship even though before that it made the MC more comfortable with it. Who knows, but it's his game. At least it will be done in the next update.
-Cole is (almost certainly) certainly the next guy with shower scenes. They might be used to set up his missing year/pirate storyline.
-Also agree about Dan.
-Since there are two mission slots I think there will have to be a new guy since I can't think of any other guy in ServiCorps than HanZi.
-Ayewn was mentioned for an entire line of missions since he is the firearms instructor. These missions are apparently for Infantry.
-Don't know about Drex. He might get more gym content, the setting certainly fits his character.
-There's also the wrap-up of the Comfort Section introduction.
-Talking of introductions Felix might appear for Flite, which means that Cis might also get her arc

I think the idea is that the MC still has a few hangups about his sexuality, in that he doesn't want it to be public that he's Gay/Bi (most likely because of his very religious upbringing). Like the last shower scene ended with the MC going "I guess we're kind of boyfriends now. But don't tell anyone about it!!!", and now he's threatened with the possibility that SecuriCorps could out them or blackmail them.
The overall outcome of the mission will probably be the MC becoming comfortable with openly dating Sam, which is why it's part of the romance arc.
The game is interesting.. i just had to save it before hand to avoid missing the vision in the beginning

here is my unofficial Android port of SpaceCorpsXXX v2.7.5.
Main App:
install the app. after a fresh install, run it once to create all the required folders. read
then you have to copy the assets pack to the folder
from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.
