So last I played was when I finally could have MC kiss Sam. I wanted them to be together so much it ended up without any scenes but a simple peck atop the bunk beds and an ending. I cannot recall what patch it was but it was the end for me. I know I am missing massive updates after that. I haven't played in a long time, during that series of awful bunk bed sequences but a serious problem with normal content was that none of the girls where that appealing, I can't even remember the name of the main white blonde girl the Sarge kidnapped and having a look at Itch as predicted the only female character people care about is Cis which has had content with her sleeping around to make her even less appealing.

If the current paying fanbase is mostly into gay stuff it probably should pivot that almost entirely.

And then we have the big musle sarge chick/dude who then suddenly physically steals away, and forcefully confines another good looking girl MC is also interested in (that is around where I stopped playing...as I'm not a fan of femdom or lesbian muscle chick content.)

So after learning and experiencing some of this title's unavoidable kink content, and as a str8 male who isn't into sharing females being poluted with other dudes DNA, it became a pass for me. As I also believe this title is definately leaning more to the gay/ bi / swinging / open relationship croud.

I sort of feel like Cis' relationships and past shouldn't have mattered as part of that kink is that MC and Cis aren't supposed to be interested in each other and that's the taboo nature of it. That being said, the blond chick being stolen away and then effectively being a nonexistent character is annoying as she should have remained the "pure" option for MC if you want to go down that route.

Personally, I haven't played this game in awhile as I feel like every time an update comes out, I take a look and it's either a dream sequence, a fake simulated sequence, or a gay sequence. The story has lost all sense of structure or plot as it's now a family guy dream or sim sequence every 5s. And I'm not interested in LGBT content which that community has managed to convince the dev to focus on that content more. That's perfectly fine if the developer feels that's the route they want to go but it just means this has slowly stopped being a game I care about.

Yep your whole comment +/- summed up my whole experience i played dilegently up to finding blond girl and being threatened by raging lezbo. After that i skipped to see if the story continues to mock straight players and well it does.
If you are submissive/maso/cuck straight dude it might somewhat play your tune but otherwise it's like repelent for anyone to the opposite scale of fetishism (dominant/sadist/bull).

No, but it is a smaller one. The two new scenes are nighttime dreams for Sam where he can either have sex with Mrs Sung (M/F incest) or Dan (M/M incest). Also there's some optional foot stuff there because it's a PsiCorps scene and the Patron requested that.

It's the latter. Week 3 hasn't started development yet/Diana's last gym scene (and the straight variations of her scenes) hasn't been implemented, so the game ends for now.

The game has a content disclaimer now that talks about this, "straight and gay players have not progressed beyond this scene":

No, you're right, if silverback is enabled, it just shows her serving tea to Dave and that's it. The only bit about Cis' backstory that's not gated by the trait is her dating/hooking up with Cousin Felix, though they're not together by the time the game starts; more recent updates have Felix be more explicitly a gay/M/M love interest, with an ex-boyfriend and having a confirmed crush on the MC, so it looks like Felix/Cis won't be much of a factor once he comes back (don't know if him leaning towards being gay/preferring men is a retcon or not, but I guess this does solve a lot of players' worries about him interfering with the Cis romance).
