It seems that the problem comes from the translation plugin :
I used manual translation and it work perfectly now!

For anyone wondering how to unlock the gallery, you can use the Manual Translation - https://f95zone.to/threads/spending-a-month-with-sister-eng.132550/ - from "The Butler" that adds the Gallery at the home screen (or install the plugin manually - https://f95zone.to/threads/spending-a-month-with-my-sister-v-2022-06-yakumo-milk.113025/post-7885580 - if you use auto translation or prefer the Japanese one). So you have to use the "Save Editor" from Everym - https://f95zone.to/threads/spending-a-month-with-my-sister-v-2022-06-yakumo-milk.113025/post-8022084 - and edit the "system.json" file inside the " GAME_DIRECTORY\妹と過ごす1ヵ月間_Data\StreamingAssets\SaveDate " directory, changing all "false" statements to "true". This folder also stores the saves slots of the game, so you can also edit your saves using this tool.

does the system file have problems at savings/registering the new positions?????
i can unlock it but wen i close the game and reopen it they will become grey WTF?

The main concept of getting this ending is high, but not the maximum parameters

Sympathy should be approximately 71-89, I don’t know the exact limits, but more than 60 and less than 90.
And
Completed any vulgar groping scene will suffice.
