If it means anything to anyone, I played through this game's "official English translation" so you don't have to. If you play this game anyway, expect machine translations, little to no guidemarks for players, and frequent boring random combat to hinder your journey. If you want CGs right away, make a new game and interact with the stump at very start many times until you're brought to a gallery. If you're curious about the story, then expect barebones of a plot disguised as google translate. I'll summarize what you would be missing out on:

If you're only interested in the h-scenes, you can unlock all the content by clicking several times on the stump to the left of the starting area after going through the dialogue.

When you first enter the forest at the very beginning of the game. The very first time you're able to move around... There's a stump on your left. Click the stump until you're taken to the gallery. You'll be able to see every single h-scene.
