If you're looking for rpg games like this, the ntrpg games are one of the first in the genre and still decent, though somewhat barebones by current standards since there isn't much backstory or character development. The henteria chronicles games (1-3, 3 is currently not yet completed) are better in that regard with a lot of backstory, though they usually take a fair while for the 18+ stuff to start due to honestly overly long worldbuilding/intro. Once they get started they're good though. Those all use pixel art though. "My Girlfriend Advanced to the Dancer Class and She Buffs Everybody" is also good and it uses portraits as far as I remember. It has a pretty quick start too.

The linked github site also allows you to download the "Website", which can work completely offline - the same code is on my Server. That was the idea to have everything client-side, to avoid having a lot of traffic/legal issues AND allow people to download a copy of that site without having a web-server on their pc

If third day is the one i think it is, check the barrel in front of the house (or chest or whatever).
That one definitely the most hidden one, cause you probably don't pay much attention to fricking barrels that should or should not be somewhere in a hentai game

on the third day, in front of rio's house there will be a bucket, kick it and you won't have NTR that day, on the next day you will need to go to the kitchen where bob will be disguised as a maid
