Is it just me or is the game buggy as hell? Where ever I click it takes me to a random place and anything on the phone other than the quests freezes the game.

If you get a emulator on android you can play it, there's a few good ones but this is the one i use, you can play steam games on android if you got a new enough phone.

This game crash with all the emulators something broken in the game

Can't seem to start the Slender quest; the playground is empty. I carried over a save from the previous version, so Dolly's friendship was already at max. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I had the same issue... you have to talk to ... someone?
The younger sister maybe? I think that's correct; just talk to people (start at your house IIRC).

She'll say something about "did you know about..." the blah-blah and being at the playground at midnight.

And then the playground has a different background and you start finding the clues and not just pedobear being there at night.
