It depends on the route you take. I understand that you have played the first game and you know the story. Those scenes are penalties for bad decisions during Nijo Sensei's route, the blonde. There are 2 decisions, one in the middle of the game, which is the gangrape and another at the end, where it is the same but all pregnant

They are totally avoidable but if you ally with Eri Sensei who is the nun at the end of the game there is saring with other men where you can either watch or join

There are many spoilers, I can't tell you more.
Although this game is a nukige, it has a history, apart from this is the second game, it is not recommended to play this one without having played the first game.

Well, the story understands that it does not matter if the girls are shared with other men since they will always be loyal to the protagonist and true sex and the only one who can satisfy them is the protagonist. Sex is not seen as an act between two people who like each other,it is like as a tool to achieve an objective when the girls have sex with other men is to fulfill an objective while in the scenes with the protagonist there are indications of pleasure, romance and gratification
