Honestly I would have liked it to continue after buying the house, it would be nice for it to be a never-ending game and create a bigger and bigger family, have the children you want, buy businesses with the money you earn, etc

What's the significance of the woman at the hospital who recognizes Sadie? Game went out of its way to focus on her but I haven't encountered her once since... cut character or something?
