Damn dude, the gauntlet is brutal.
If anyone's wondering how you deal with the gauntlet's version of the Yu/Mei Co-Headliner, every Mei orgasm blocks 3 curses. In other words, you need to make her cum twice to stop Yu from hitting you with a curse.

As for some general advice:

• Drinks don't reset after a gauntlet run. You don't need to quit prematurely to save it for a better attempt.
• If you're half-decent enough and don't care about clearing the gauntlet, taking the tempo increase modifiers makes it much faster to grind for points. Remove the higher tempo characters for a more consistent experience.
• Choosing Yu's hex in place of a gold modifier is a gamble. It's not too bad if you take it on the first pick, but be careful of taking it on the second pick if you already have high tempo and/or nitros. It makes it much harder to deal with mines and some gold modifiers.
• The Ghost modifier won't hinder you too much if you have high nitros. Otherwise, Flip is a good freebie.
• Don't be afraid to reroll, especially if the silver modifiers are not favorable. You only pick a gold modifier after the first two headliners. No point saving those reroll points after that.

My strategy: Pick glass as starter.

First round-
Glass
Needle
Glass

Second round-
Glass/Sap/Perception/Needle (Depends on how confidently you can hit perfects)
Sap/Perception/Needle
Sap/Perception

Third and fourth rounds: Guardian on everything.

Just keep Yu's meter below the first curse until you start getting guardians. After you get the six guardians, steamroll Yu.

Takes a bit of time, but I found that it worked for me even in the old version where there were nine curses.

gauntlet is sure pretty grindy, the guy who SS'd it only got 1400 grep and that alone takes amazing dedication so you'll mostly get S ranks which nets you less grep

aight so i'll be honest im just posting this because im incredibly proud of it. also, this was like my second try (hence why i'm so proud of it). pro tip: get a few glass levels and spam stamina, then you can just grind on mei to get whatever else might help (i spammed mei a lot to get all 6 blessings, and also a bunch of needles and glass and a barrier for a safety net). if you spam glass, it becomes way, way easier to get perfects all the way through. really fun fight honestly, still super proud

got to 5238 and it broke, you can see the lines on the right just don't exist anymore, and clicking or switching do nothing. fun things to note that happened on the way: the glass line is past the screen (i think it increases exponentially), neither of the girls' meters move down because of all the staminas, and you can actually get the reroll cost all the way down to 0, i assume it halves 1 and rounds down. i also collected enough blessings to beat yu twice without getting cursed once (and almost a third time, too). i think part of the reason it broke is because, partway through, my eyes started hurting, so i had to take a break and i alt-tabbed for like an hour-ish. also, once i got past around 1000, the delay after i picked the buffs started to grow a bit? none of this really matters significantly anyway, since i could have beaten them at like 1000-1500 easily, i just wanted to do the funny.

anyway this was pointless i'm going to bed

In code? technically yes.

When you beat Secret's endurance, he is technically flagged as pregnant in code. (The base code automatically flags a character as pregnant after endurance is completed). This flag is used throughout the game for certain events/endings, but obviously the character is never actually pregnant in the game.
