to be completely honest i like akabur and i dont find him as a milker i like the humor and how he makes parody games plus i think he works by himself or has very few people who work with him on top of that there are hundreds of other good games nowadays if he was a milker its not as transparent as Gumdrop games Aorrta or SloniqueWhile I agree about the immature part, I really have hard time finding where is the quality in actual Akabur productions. It was true few years ago, but in regard of the actual scene, he just reach the average level. Whatever it's in term of CG (even if you stick to 2D only), story, game play and even innovation, there's now way better.
And the fact that he release an update every time he lost a tooth didn't help at all. It really look like he want to justify his Patreon account more than anything else.
i totally agree with youGiven that he releases his games for free, I don't think people really should complain - his quality of work imo is superb. Besides if you're upset over the repetitious nature of the game compared to previous games, just play a game from a different dev, that's what F95 is about, you have a myriad of games to choose from, all being provided to you for free. Would be a shame if Akabur stopped developing games, as I always look forward to them, regardless of how long updates take.

I said the same thing and didn't get any "likes". Quirky world we inhabit.Given that he releases his games for free, I don't think people really should complain - his quality of work imo is superb. This is my save folder from Episode 2. I am not entirely sure what is in here. But the auto-saves should be right at the end of Episode 2. Good luck.who can share the saves for the third episode?
Lol. That's exactly what he said about episode 2 when he released it. Here's a quote from the "wall of text" post that he made just prior to episode 2's release:And don't worry about this episode being a bit on the short side. It was done on purpose to make it possible for frequent updates.
So let's recap, shall we?First of all let me reflect on how long this episode took me to develop. The idea was to create a very simple and easy to update game, and here we are almost 10 months later and only now I am ready to release the next update. I am such an idiot. I am sure you are tired of hearing me say this, but I really want to say this publicly again and again to be more countable when I will be working on episode 03, to insure that I make it way smaller and shorter!
And you care why? Are you a Patreon? If so, then unsub and stop supporting him. If you're not, then who da'fuq cares what he does or how long until he releases anything?Story and art can even be superior than all others, so what? He is not releasing any content in months, he is not active on patreon, he dont have discord to comunicat with fans/supporters. He could be much, much more than he is now. But i think greed or self admiration prevent him from moving forward. He is not a prodigy, alone star anymore. Like someone said already, there are dozens of better creators out there.
Pssttt.. I think you missed your URL.Ah, the old "if you aren't in X profession, you can't possibly offer a valid opinion".
If Akabur were a street performer, he'd be the guy clapping his hands against his own pre-recorded and far superior backing tracks these days, whilst getting showered in increasingly undeserved coin.
