The changelog mentions that the already existing day 3 got new optional things and fixes, so you can load a save and replay content from the last release with some changes now.
Not just that. The "question" (such as it is) was answered literally three fucking posts prior. I always try to be at least somewhat diplomatic in my interactions, but sometimes... Sometimes, not even the saints themselves would have the patience. Let alone me!
