It's a shame I can't really enjoy (m)any of these due to my personal distaste for piercings (especially nipple/genital ones), because hot diggidy damn those are some fine renders otherwise. I dont know how you dodged both. If you start a game when she sends you to meet Tess & Lise for the first time you can be direct and chat them up, or spy on them until get caught. This determines if you get the 1st or 2nd scene variation with Ginnys first lewd scene. You must have refused her to miss those.

yes ofc, its a unique piece afaik. he does 1-1 option for different themes for some holiday events then puts them to vote on patreon, for example succubuses won this time.

Show her the proper respect if given the chance. (I cannae fully remember, it's been a long time since I've played)

Clean her entire medbay. (FIND EVERY CLEANING SPOT)

That should get you a pass from the Mistress without making her angry, other than that she is pretty much the ABSOLUTE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF THE STRICT AND ICE COLD DOMINATRIX!!!!
