Which means that this is a "make-believe" type of game, not a "make-believable" one..!
So, having & seeing the Mc's jaw expand down & out to some shocking obscene proportion, obviously shouldn't shockingly be out of pocket here..
But if there just absolutely must be a some believable/realistic/stereotypical (or wtf), reasonable understanding that fits the sum of your realistic imaginations outlook in all of this, then VP could decide (if he wants) to add in some kind of a new fetish/stat/ability, of a "double-jointed jaw" that mc doesn't just only end up discovering he somehow has from however, whatever forced or unforced way (which VP would obviously also be responsible for deciding on how something like this would fit it in with his list of accepted tags), but that he also comes to find out he likes this lewd BDSM type of painful feel of pleasure that it gives him & that he's quickly able to gain easy control over him having (realistically), but only to the point of where he doesn't just end up having be a double-jointed jaw that's easily capable of unwillingly dislodging out of place randomly while he's walking, or talking, or suckered punched from out of nowhere (or all three). Some attempts at Tessa BJ looked awful at first. The two ladies are 33 and 34 cm in lenght but Markala is visibly girthier with a more bulbous flatter head thanks to the alien shape. Its like 20% thicker.
SP went with realistic body proportions and exxagerated them skillfully in a way that it works to create its style. But its now impossible to treat MC as if he was a cartoon character made of rubber. A jaw far away from the skull gives that uncanny, something is broken impression because the rest of the body is too detailed and anatomically correct for it.
If the goal was to prevent this at all cost then the solution would be to make Markala's cock 10% smaller, and then design the camera angles carefully so it doesnt look offputting when the jaw is still distended.
But I think the goal was the opposite. With this art its easier to represent how sucking off a large futa would work more realistically, it underlies how big of a struggle it is. Sizes too large to suck further emphasize the challenge to please them. That is there intentionally for variety and to be different from your usual porn logic game.

So this is not going to happen because the developer, Void, already decided to follow said route when creating the game and he is sticking to his vision.
