What tools and programs do you use to make a game like this? It's incredibly well made, but I'm really interested in how it's done.

The initial releases for R2 didn't have a way to pass the checks, but with the most recent version you can.

There will be some stuff like the protagonist getting handjobs but you shouldn't expect much beyond that. 99% of the content will be him getting dommed, and I think it's safe to say that he won't actually be penetrating any of the futas.

never said the game sucks, i think people are misreading lol. just said, sucks as being ONLY a bottom aint my cup of tea personally, so i wouldnt enjoy it much. im more a top, and trying to find decent games where you can also top futas

Not at all. A futa is just an imaginary form of a MtF-transexual, can be sub/dom/switch, like all other sorts of gender classifications.

Futa is just a category of imaginary hermaphrodites/whatever feminine looking person with a penis that you want them to be. I'd say in most porn games the futa is the dominant one, but it can go either way. There are quite a few switches as well, just look at stuff like Corruption of Champions or Trials in Tainted Space.
