I'm also glad there won't be piss or fart content either (sorry to the guy who asked, but it's not my scene). Really the only change I would want for the MC is maaaybe a haircut? well yes if the dev want but the dev really said that there wont transformation content and they happy how mc looks
and then again its a femboy cos if mc has boobs then it wont be a femboy anymore

IF we get to chose good variation of female clothes for MC to wear i'm happy. This game is a gem.
