Well, the sex part of the story is like: the MC is multi-purpose for the main girls and relevant characters, I don't think the ladies of the Depina ship care that much if the MC happens to have sex with another people who isn't part of the main core, plus Void has already said that there will be various threesomes, foursomes perhaps? In any case, the relationship is open with the ladies and I don't think there will be any problem with it being an open relationship. Now things may change with future updates and we'll have to choose one of them to stay and have a "happy" ending lol.

TBF, that tends to be what the average NTR-complainer or futa-complainer post looks like. Not a lot of functional braincells in those folk's heads. So it may well have been a satire of that, but its so on the nose its hard to distinguish from the real thing.
