Saky is very much correct. MC's model geometry has limits, just like the human body does. I already skim the believable line fairly often, and I think that what is in the game now is a reasonable sweet spot for most people, myself included. I won't be bending human anatomy to the point the game stops being immersive because of it.

If you go the feminization route are you locked into female pronouns? I noticed the ladies starting calling MC girl and she. I'm into the MC becoming more feminine but I would prefer to keep male pronouns. Maybe an option in the future?

There will always be dirty talk with switching pronouns because it's an important part of the (feminization) play, in my view. That said, only a few of the ladies go 100% feminine wording, and that is also as intended. I'm currently not planning any expansion of the text to include pronouns; MC is a (fem)boy who sometimes gets called a girl.
There is also the topic of the workload; giving players the option to choose the pronouns means that I would have to rewrite a solid chunk of the game, not to mention expand all future scenes. Sorry!
