Hope they are exotic and are not just humans with funny ears or weird skin color. Let me bang some proper monster girls (I know, I know, niche fetish, but there is pretty much no damn game that covers this besides Teraurge and it has been MIA for around 3 years).

In the thread prior to this one where VP was just doing dev blog stuff, he showed these two images to tease some of the potential aliens in the game:

They're more similar to the mythical hermaphrodites than transwomen. I feel like comparing them to transwomen has some extra implications which aren't in the game.

They really are just a catch all term that gives people who have hangups about the fact that dicks only grow in male bodies, the room they need to enjoy dicks.

I would say this doesn't apply in this game.
Think the author mentioned before that the human trans/dickgirls are the result of modifying ones own body via surgery, genetic engeneering and other methods.
No idea about the aliens like Markala however.

He also mentioned it being a natural mutation. Basically a "pick your poison" type deal, all the usual reasons for why there are chicks with dicks can be applied.
