He's actually canonically a virgin at the start, unless certain bits of dialogue get changed in the future. As an example, if you piss off Ginny in the opening section of the game by spying on Lise and Tessa, then when Ginny forces the MC to give her a blowjob she stops once she realizes that he's a virgin. There was also a line about being "deflowered" in the goblin gangbang scene, which I think is still in the game if you're a virgin going into it.
Edit: I may have misread what you said and you weren't actually implying that he's not canonically a virgin, but I'm leaving the post as is for the hell of it.

Many people forget that the protagonist of this game doesn't even have a definite name for himself, serving more as a "prototype" for those of us who play with him to give him a real name. Decisions are made by the player, so whether the protagonist is a slut or not is up to you.

Uhhh, because it wouldn't make sense for the genre ? A big part of the appeal of this game (and most harem type games) is being loved and desired by a bunch of goddesses. Ntr kinda spits in the face of that.

To be fare tho, there technically, actually really is a BBFC in the game already with a full sex scene..
Tho I pretty sure she's not considered as a LI but instead, is just more so another side character who I'm sure we still haven't seen the last of, & that we may even be seeing more of again more sooner than we may think...
