If you change the text speed (e.g. 40->100), then return to game, roll back dialogue, text speed reverts to previous/default speeds (40). This happens even if you advance dialogue and then roll back

To fix the text speed changing after rollback:
Close the game
Go to: game\0GUI\0bits
Open conf.rpy with notepad
Edit the third line: default preferences.text_cps =
Change the number from 80 to 0
Save the file, and re-launch.

so old saves does not work do i have to redo it all to start the game to reach where i left ?

I appreciate it and have already implemented it. The correction will be out with the hotfix!

I forgot, has there been any choices up till now that will effect the story or the way certain characters treat you? if so, how will that work with the 100% save?

Afaik there were no "choose A or B" with lasting consequences outside of bad ends. Instead its a "skip A, or dont skip" logic. So a 100% save would just mean checked everything out got laid by everyone, which affects future dialog is small ways. So it shouldnt be a problem for now. I think its possible to fail Iris route so in a 100% playthrough all the content enabling and succeeding options would be picked.
