Love the game, love the update.

However, the 6.5 update changed the UI, and now in-game choices are kinda hard to see in conjunction with a transparent text box mod. How might I utilize the UI from the pre-6.5 game?

This may be a dumb question, but do i need to replay the whole game to get to the newest update or there's a way to use old save that i'm just too stupid to figure it out?

Did you put the save into the appdata folder as well? saves in most renpy games are stored in two different locations

Saves from before 6.5 are not compatible. Saves from 6.5 are compatible with 6.6.
On Windows, saves in appdata carry over.

Is it possible to have compatibility with old saves on Joiplay? I know 6.5 is not compatible with older versions, but in previous updates or future ones.

Fantastic game, sorry if I haven't said so before now.

One minor thing: The setting for text speed doesn't seem to stick. I like my text to appear rather than wipe, but, when I move the slider in Settings all the way to the right, it only seems to stay there for a little while. I think Saving undoes it.

EDIT: Also choosing an option in dialog seems to do it.

Finally completed the update. The new interface is great, prettier than the standard renpy and really smooth on the transitions from one part to another when i clicked on something. I also really liked the addition of the codex entries, it is nice to be able to read more about the game's lore.

Now i really love those side quest mission that Void has been putting on the game, add to that the more scifi like aliens and for me this one is on par with the derelict frigate mission.

In your character sheet for Eleanor you listed feminazation as one of her kinks. Have you dropped this? Because it's not in this really awesome new chart

That is correct! At some point (if there is time), I would like to make the additional renders for the backgrounds depending on your equipped outfit. But as it stands now, the outfits will unlock new scenes/and provide variations to the existing scenes, while the general backgrounds default to MC’s regular clothing.

Awesome idea honestly. And the fact you will be able to buy clothes for the women as pretty good idea too. In general, the whole gameplay is pretty fun. I have been ignoring work for the most part of the day and playing the game Kudos!!
