Thats not the problem. (Iris just planning to share you with her friends, minor detail).
All these characters have different personalities, and lets not forget its in a setting ripe with open and transactional sex. So in a diverse culture and species that isnt uniformly monogamous. Nitlix belongs to a species that is single sexed! They dont understand love, its alien to them. Committing to anyone beyond self-interest doesnt make sense for a Pyrpheran (plant lady). Its part of why the lore is rich, and deeper than just human copy-pasta species with blue and green and purple skin colors.
VP said not long ago that Eleanor and Carmine are kind of opposites. Both pirate queens but one is an idealist at heart, wild with passion and radiating danger and the other is cold and calculating, with a pleasant and cultured mask.
Chaotic neutral(/evil) vs lawful evil if we want to box them in. Some personalities just do not lend themselves to romance, Grace is not looking for anything other than a hole to unload to. In the case of Ginny and Eleanor, it seems a little unlikely because of their background but they potentially do look for more than just fucking, which is part of their character depth. Others might charm and dump you without a second thought because its a dangerous criminal world, so we need characters like that too for the setting.

I really dont understand this mess up there about more girls as heroines. We already have at least SEVEN confirmed ladies, not minding many secondary girls as quick fuck, dont you think its better focus on what we ALREADY have, than overload game with more routed and only busy Void with work more?

Yeah, and same people will whine about lating updates... Almost its funny look how people promote on main roles characters what didnt even had proper screen time
