Exactly, partial animations stand out the most. One part moves endlessly while everything else is locked. It feels awkward, almost like a puppet on strings.

Yeah, I kind of noticed as much, and I always find that sort of "posting" to be a proverbial fly in one's face, so I felt like taking the piss out of it this time.
Honestly, if a person has nothing useful to contribute to a thread, then in my opinion they should just be entirely quiet until they do. But that's just my opinion. Sadly there are no explicit rules against just wastefully posting shit like they are on Twitter or Discord...

Haven't played this game in awhile but damn do those menus look good. Also unlocked the gallery with universal renpy unlocker using the hard mode, soft mode doesn't seem to work.
