Is it so difficult to wait for the update to be released at the most appropriate level and then publish it here? Always after an update these guys from the dark alley show up to ask the same old question, lol jeez.
You can download the R6.8 from my website, it already went public (including the fix for the main story special)!
Or you can wait until R6.9 is leaked. There are couple of minor things there that I still want to fix, but otherwise both versions are perfectly playable from start to finish.

Cool, but as far as I can tell the "fixed" R6.8 doesn't actually fix existing "bad" saves and after having just replayed the whole thing from the start due to the recent save incompatibility I sure as heck have no intention of immediately doing it again.

I downloaded the game again to get access to my previous saves the game keeps saying me to restart is that issue fixed ? I haven't checked the game since the last update I loved the medical futanari but can't access previous saves nor the gallery

A question though that's on my mind. The game says it has feminization/sissification, but does that mean only things like girly clothes and a chastity cage or does that mean the MC may become more feminine looking, new hair styles, or a thicker booty/boy tits depending on choices or customization?

Well, regarding clothes, hairstyle changes and all that, it will definitely be there, no doubt. But body modifications are unlikely, it seems like Void doesn't want to add anything like that, either because of his personal desire or for some other reason, I don't remember exactly, but there were conversations on such topics.
Ah thank you, I'm glad that there is hair style changes. I've already got new clothes but I don't know where to change the hair, or is that in a future update?

I suppose in the future, maybe when the update with Anitta (that lady from the store) comes out, or maybe it will be part of something else, the game is constantly updating its functionality so it is difficult to name the exact moment of implementation of something like this.
