I remember the game's file size being 5 gig or am i mixing it up with another game ? I saw "game reworked" but how much of content was reworked or how much content is missing compared to before v6.5 ?

I just uploaded a new version to work with the new version of the game, 0.6.9. The entire logic and variable names on the new version of the game changed, so they had to be updated. Thank you for reporting the issue.

It's kinda funny, how the whole reason I got into futa sub-genre was because of dominant lesbian pornography (and holy shit lesbian pornography was some of the fakest trashiest garbage even back then) and now the best futa games, and legitimately some of the most gorgeous adult games, on this site feature almost exclusively futanari and males.

Should be easy to fix
Two things might have gone wrong:
- the app is quarantined by Gatekeeper because it's from an unknown developer (most likely);
- the executable inside the app might have lost its execute permission during unzipping
To remove the quarantine, type "xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine " and drag the app again into the window. Again, mind the space between the command and the path. Hit enter. Quarantine should now be removed.
To check the second case, you need to look into the contents of the app: right click on Starperiphery app, pick Show package contents. Navigate to /Contents/MacOS/. Inside that folder you'll see a file Starperiphery. That file should be a Unix executable. If it's anything else, it has lost its execute permission.
To fix this, start Terminal and type "chmod a+x " without the quotes at the prompt and drag the file inside the Terminal window. Terminal will fill out the path for you. Again mind there is a space between the command and the path. Hit enter. The file should now be executable.
As a general precaution, make a duplicate of the app first before changing its attributes or permissions.
I'm not really interested in this game due to the futadom but I must say. This game has one of the best overviews I've ever seen on this site. Even the initial one line that's on display contains way more information than 90% of games that have paragraphs of text that tell you nothing.
