I hope this condom won't last too long! Lauren doesn't seem like the type of person who would be gentle with MC.Fun fact, this is practically the first time in the entire game anyone has used a condom. Everyone else, from the goblins and miners to Despina and Markala, fucked MC hard and straight...
Hoping that they won't be weirdly slow and non-impactful like many 3d games. Call me crazy, but it's nice when a character is described as fucking hard in a scene and the animation actually looks and sounds like they are indeed fucking someone hard, instead of barely moving their hips.Animations are being worked on!

Looking forward to animations.
The monkey's paw curlsAnimations would make this game something even better.
Most likely, the release of a new update will coincide with the New Year...When was the estimate for the next update to be finished?
I'd say that's a healthy estimate, but expect progress updates > a solid time frame. "When it is ready" is probably the safest answer. I can't remember any of R6 - R9 releases being more than 4 months apart, for what that's worth. People have tended to get extremely antsy in the discord 2-4 weeks before the past couple releases came out though.Most likely, the release of a new update will coincide with the New Year...
Void just said to not make assumptions about the time schedule for each updates.![]()

hearty servings of egg nog for Spacer in this scenarioWell, 3-4 weeks is just around New Year's Eve, I wouldn't be surprised if Void literally schedules the release of the chapter to coincide with this date, like a New Year's gift for all...

That is entirely Voids fault! I mean look at the stuff he drops on us as the release time approaches!People have tended to get extremely antsy in the discord 2-4 weeks before the past couple releases came out though.

Hey I had the same problemAnyone here tried downloading the mac version. Does it load for you guys? (It used to work for me before the rework now I can't)
If you need sudo for this, there's s something fishy going on I think. Always make sure to check for quarantine too I'd say and remove it when it's there with xattr.Hey I had the same problem
To make the application executable:
- Open a terminal window (CMD + Space -> terminal);
- Using the cd command, navigate to the place where the application is stored: cd <path_to_application>
- Run chmod +x <application_file> to make it executable. If it doesn't let you, sudo it:
sudo chmod +x <application>.
Should be easy to fix
Two things might have gone wrong:
To check quarantine, start Terminal and type "xattr " without the quotes at the prompt and drag the Starperiphery app into the Terminal window. Terminal will fill out the path for you. Mind there is a space between the command and said path. Hit enter. If you see com.apple.quarantine in the results, the app is quarantined.
- the app is quarantined by Gatekeeper because it's from an unknown developer (most likely);
- the executable inside the app might have lost its execute permission during unzipping.
To remove the quarantine, type "xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine " and drag the app again into the window. Again, mind the space between the command and the path. Hit enter. Quarantine should now be removed.
To check the second case, you need to look into the contents of the app: right click on Starperiphery app, pick Show package contents. Navigate to /Contents/MacOS/. Inside that folder you'll see a file Starperiphery. That file should be a Unix executable. If it's anything else, it has lost its execute permission.
To fix this, start Terminal and type "chmod a+x " without the quotes at the prompt and drag the file inside the Terminal window. Terminal will fill out the path for you. Again mind there is a space between the command and the path. Hit enter. The file should now be executable.
As a general precaution, make a duplicate of the app first before changing its attributes or permissions.
Addendum: I recommend using TheUnarchiver instead of the build-in archive utility.
Probably terminal does not have full disk access, check it in settings.So I did both, I didn't have any issues on the "xattr" one but on the other one I dragged the Starperiphery file it's a 83kb document into the terminal only to get "Permission denied", I don't know what's causing this I have changed the read and write part. I'm the administrator. So I have no clue what causes this "Permission denied"
Is the app is in your homefolder (such as Downloads for example), and not in a folder that belongs to the system ?So I did both, I didn't have any issues on the "xattr" one but on the other one I dragged the Starperiphery file it's a 83kb document into the terminal only to get "Permission denied", I don't know what's causing this I have changed the read and write part. If he selects full disk access for terminal and run command in terminal with admin privileges it should work no matter in which folder is app located.which is basically what you statedIs the app is in your homefolder (such as Downloads for example), and not in a folder that belongs to the system ?
An administrator is still limited on what he can do outside of his home folder. Granting Full disk access might indeed help here. As last resort, put sudo before the chmod command, as mentioned by Kingtom13 in his post.
