Don't want to sound rude, so sorry if it will sound rude now: The questions about the upcoming content are there, so people know if it'll match their taste. This could mean they're more likely willed to support you in any way they're able to. Holding the content of the story back is ok, but holding back about the fetish content (tags) is the wrong move. Let's take me as an example: I like harem, incest, loli, pregnancy. What I don't like would be NTR, sharing, swinging. If I don't know, if you will add a sharing scene in a later update and play your game, then I will most likely be pissed about the "bad" suprise. But due to these "bad" suprises added in other games by other devs, I'm more willed to ignore this game, even if the unliked content would never show up. This could hurt you, because people would not support you. If I know beforehand that the unliked content won't be added, I would be willed to play. If the content gets added, I can avoid it, would not be annoyed and would be more likely willed to support your next project, if it fits my taste.So we'll se the answe of these questions
