There seems to be no word currently on it but the people who worked on the English translation of Starless are called JASTUSA so you can try asking around the forums there if you want the translations pushed because I'm also interested in translations of more empress games.

Just an update on JASTUSA. They have a discord link on their site with a suggestions tab on the discord. So if you want more games like starless, push it there.

Yeah, he has a few good endings. Good as in hes alright. Theres one thats almost completely positive. Although even that has its dark implications.
