the posibility that the more lewd they are the more risky the clothes they wear or transparent, a rainy day like thing is that tshirts are wet and plenty of see through, no ntr, maybe netori (you seducen them), any events that happen in the game turned into lewd events for this one, maybe someone is related to you like a sis or mom checking on the mc after a few in game months, the homeless guy replaced with a woman that wants to live off nature and the grid in a tree house, she is just dirty

Variety of body sizes is needed. Abby being the only one who isn't giga stacked is boring. Also maybe some more OC characters, or you add in ones based on the big expansion mods. Sophia always was the one I pick if I was playing modded.
