It's okay.
Being in no way could we the player know your original idea, especially since so much of it is unexplained.
However for your future games, try to plan them out ahead of time and keep yourself from adding unnecessary fluff.
If you can, write it out fully ahead of time, make notes of what you want the scene images to look like, or camera angles.
Once you finish, give a day and read through it, see if things make sense to someone who has no understanding of the world, then start making your images, or storyboarding, then finally put it all in the game wrapper of whatever engine you want with whatever mechanics you want.
