Agreed, Vika is extremely annoying, dragging the mood down. She's too bold, doing whatever she wants right from the beginning in someone else's apartment, nobody stopping her, is kind of meh.

Agreed 100% and you put it better. She's a drain; I'd be fine with if she was pushing for more sluttiness but was doing it in a fun flirty seductive way, but that's not how it comes off.

It's less the energy of a girl at a party "HEY we should all get wasted and have a huge orgy - including you and your gf!" and more the energy of "I'm planning on leaving the party early with your gf and then we're going to bars alone"

It is a very common trope in this kind of games, I call it the "cunt best friend" and it always takes me out, why would I stay married to someone who keeps a best friend that is this disrespectful to their SO?

I understand that it is a easy way to "slut up" the girl, having a best friend close that is, but devs gotta learn that those friend doesn't need to be a cunt, I want more of them to be like the best friend in Netorase Phone instead, playful, pushing for fun, but staying respectful and positive to the MC...

Roy is also a potential partner, so not exactly the same, but yeah, it's a friend that's helping lower her inhibitions without going too far that also treat us well, so I guess it counts. Hahaha
But Vika keeps pressing the same stuff over and over again, and know made her "friend" be totally naked in front of stranger for two times now. That's not really a friend, is it?
Ashley from Netorase Phone is a wonderful example. She is the kinda character that is more laid back and is kinda slutty herself, tries to push Laura's bondaries without ever crossing any lines, and is a very good friend for both of us.

I had once envisioned a story that would begin with a couple that do MFF threesomes by searching for girls on Tinder and such.
One of those times they match with a trans girl without reading it on the profile, so they only notice it when she gets naked.

No proper cheating yet, but there is a scene where the wife can "ignore" her husbands wishes and talks to a guy in her panties. This is probably the start of the cheating path. Early days still, for any real action, regardless of path.

I think someone would have to make a GUI mod.
Since it's Ren'Py, I don't think it's that hard, but I don't know if anyone would care to do so.
Even on computer some things are very hard to see, like the save selection screen, but the dev didn't address my suggestion of fixing this stuff.

Not to mention, URM is "broken" in this vertical orientation - a lot of the UI is cut off.
