Depends which choices you make along the way, as there are options not to let her know that you're aware of it. Ultimately some may argue that's therefore not cheating, because it's not behind the MC's back, but that's pretty much how it's been from early on anyway.

However, it is possible, through not being aware of things and taking certain opportunities, to miss things and therefore to get this far without knowing for sure that she is cheating.

If you don't check the hidden cams every time you get a notification from them, you could miss the HJ on the sofa, and the sex on the balcony thing outside the bedroom doors. If you turn the video chat off when she asks you to, you will miss the blowjob. So you'd have to be pretty clueless or playing it intentionally that way, but you could theoretically get to this point and not actually know that she is cheating. Unless there's something I missed, that is...

I don't believe it does, but with the camera stuff, it would depend on whether it triggers a flag to say you saw it. Otherwise you could avoid seeing it but still have the dialogue suggest you did, I guess.

Ending the call to avoid the BJ scene does not result in "end game", and the camera alert does go off, so, kind of not avoidable, unless you ignore the camera alert...
The only "end game" option so far is watching the BJ scene on cheat path then confronting Julia. From there, it's end game or NTR(S)...
And as has been said, have to wait and see how next update handles it.
