A lot of this is a case of having a main story and then having your different paths revolve around that. So you get the same situation regardless, and only the responses and outcomes will vary depending on path. If this was real life, then I'm sure the responses and future outcomes would be wildly varied and different to what we see here, but you have to allow for the limitations a dev faces when putting their game together. To check if my assumptions were correct, I started playing the game.
First, I chose the first option - fidelity. And I already noticed the first clash - why does Julia invite her friend to her house, who happens to be "wild"? Does she not have any other friends? This friend comes with her lover and immediately after entering, they start their game. Then the action moves on to the heroine catching them having sex. So the hero is gone, and Vika feels like it's her apartment.
The situation with the laptop - I don't understand. How did it happen that after turning on the device, a porn site about ntrs was displayed? If this is his dream, he will probably hide it. Did the power go out? Was the hero caught by his wife? Did he have to leave suddenly? The issue of using someone else's equipment without permission is still ok.
A shopping trip - Vika teases the main character by pulling aside the curtain behind which Julia is changing and takes a photo of the man who is staring at the heroine, and then sends it to the protagonist. He replies that she should not interfere in their affairs and leave their marriage alone. Then why doesn't the hero tell his wife that her friend is up to something and is worried?
Day four - help with bringing in furniture. Vika invites two other guys to help, then there is this text about Marcus:

Next - a birthday party at the hero's house and a text sent by Vika:

Why are these situations even there? We want to be faithful, but we unconsciously push ourselves into something else? Why does the main character have no emotions when his wife mentions that Markus is looking at her as if there was no one else? Why doesn't the mc send any warnings to his wife's friend so that she doesn't cross the line. And then normally, as if nothing had happened, agreeing to a birthday party at his house. Is this the behavior in a relationship based on fidelity?
I looked at the screenshots from day 21 and noticed that the ntr and nrts paths are similar. And if you chose the fidelity option, what is the photo Marcus sent supposed to mean? Did anything happen despite fidelity? If we are following the ntrs path, why does the hero say that it only turns him on? Why is there no other reaction? Is the main character such a fetishist and a passive person, only replying - "it turns me on"? Wouldn't a normal guy write to his wife that he is, for example, touching his penis or something like that?
Vika is Julia's best friend, it doesn't matter that she has a wild personality - sometimes it happens that your best friend is actually a lot different than you.
And skipping ahead to asking questions about stuff that happens later - Why did this happen? What does this mean? - it's like starting a book and then skipping to the end and asking those same questions. If you read the rest of the book (or here, play the rest of the game), maybe you'll have those answers and won't need to ask the questions. At least you'll have a better understanding of when things come up, what choices lead to them, what screenshot goes with what path (since they're not labelled as "ntr" etc.).
