To check if my assumptions were correct, I started playing the game.

First, I chose the first option - fidelity. And I already noticed the first clash - why does Julia invite her friend to her house, who happens to be "wild"? Does she not have any other friends? This friend comes with her lover and immediately after entering, they start their game. Then the action moves on to the heroine catching them having sex. So the hero is gone, and Vika feels like it's her apartment.

The situation with the laptop - I don't understand. How did it happen that after turning on the device, a porn site about ntrs was displayed? If this is his dream, he will probably hide it. Did the power go out? Was the hero caught by his wife? Did he have to leave suddenly? The issue of using someone else's equipment without permission is still ok.

A shopping trip - Vika teases the main character by pulling aside the curtain behind which Julia is changing and takes a photo of the man who is staring at the heroine, and then sends it to the protagonist. He replies that she should not interfere in their affairs and leave their marriage alone. Then why doesn't the hero tell his wife that her friend is up to something and is worried?

Day four - help with bringing in furniture. Vika invites two other guys to help, then there is this text about Marcus:

View attachment 4861952

Next - a birthday party at the hero's house and a text sent by Vika:

View attachment 4861955

Why are these situations even there? We want to be faithful, but we unconsciously push ourselves into something else? Why does the main character have no emotions when his wife mentions that Markus is looking at her as if there was no one else? Why doesn't the mc send any warnings to his wife's friend so that she doesn't cross the line. And then normally, as if nothing had happened, agreeing to a birthday party at his house. Is this the behavior in a relationship based on fidelity?

I looked at the screenshots from day 21 and noticed that the ntr and nrts paths are similar. And if you chose the fidelity option, what is the photo Marcus sent supposed to mean? Did anything happen despite fidelity? If we are following the ntrs path, why does the hero say that it only turns him on? Why is there no other reaction? Is the main character such a fetishist and a passive person, only replying - "it turns me on"? Wouldn't a normal guy write to his wife that he is, for example, touching his penis or something like that?
A lot of this is a case of having a main story and then having your different paths revolve around that. So you get the same situation regardless, and only the responses and outcomes will vary depending on path. If this was real life, then I'm sure the responses and future outcomes would be wildly varied and different to what we see here, but you have to allow for the limitations a dev faces when putting their game together.

Vika is Julia's best friend, it doesn't matter that she has a wild personality - sometimes it happens that your best friend is actually a lot different than you.

And skipping ahead to asking questions about stuff that happens later - Why did this happen? What does this mean? - it's like starting a book and then skipping to the end and asking those same questions. If you read the rest of the book (or here, play the rest of the game), maybe you'll have those answers and won't need to ask the questions. At least you'll have a better understanding of when things come up, what choices lead to them, what screenshot goes with what path (since they're not labelled as "ntr" etc.).

There aren't proper paths. That would take time and effort. More than this dev could spare. So the main difference here is the amount of content. Some paths omit scenes, some have slightly expanded scenes.

NTS has the most content.

NTR has less. It cuts out scenes, images, and dialogue. Basically everything that Julia willingly shows the mc on the other path. It doesn't fill the gaps with scenes that are more NTR themed. You just get less of everything. And a phone sim with 10 renders per update can't really afford that imo.

Faithful has the least. You watch other men hit on Julia, she rejects their advances, they occasionally see her naked anyway due to Vik's shenanigans. Who's this route for? I have no clue.

This.

The monthly development schedule is tight as hell, and maintaining a Faithful path (even if it takes 50% of the work of other paths) is honestly a baffling decision - you want to make an NTS game? Make an NTS game. Don't waste resources enabling a "loyal" route that serves maybe 2% of your customers.

NTR being a cutdown version of NTS is also the wrong way to go about creating a compelling NTR experience - sometimes, the "cuts" make sense, other times they detract too much from the experience.

My favorite part from 0.95 was the early morning conversation between Julia and MC (on the cheating path), where MC notices Julia behaving strangely (like sleeping naked in bed - something she never did when he was home), the shower running (which was Marcus taking a shower in their bath), and Julia panicking when Marcus tries to enter the bedroom naked while she was talking to MC (you can just barely see his penis poking in from the bathroom before Julia warns him). This was top-tier unique dialogue & renders for the NTR path, compared to the NTS path. I understand it would take too long to make an entire update like this, but it is nonetheless excellent.

The bad part was the Jacob sex scene. Even on the NTR path, it felt like Julia wasn't that into him, so the sex scene happening exactly the same on both paths was the wrong move. Also, not giving the player any choice whatsoever in this update should never happen.

Funny, that was my least favorite scene. Because they cut out the sex. But yeah, unlike most cuts it was unique and more suited to NTR.

The Jacob scene was weird. "No, stop, you're making me uncomfortable" and then they just fuck everywhere in silence. And it was nearly a copy/paste of the Marcus pool scene. One animation was actually identical.

Speaking of the pool, I haven't enjoyed any of those scenes. The camera is way too distant.

I liked it for being the peak showcase of what an NTR scene should be like compared to it's NTS counterpart. In that aspect, the morning videochat was a smashing success - I want to see more of that!

Jacob sex scene was just out of place, like you say. She expresses her discomfort with Jacob's attention and advances at least three times, yet still just surrenders to him and fucks him - in the exact same location of the Marcus sex scene, and in some identical poses as well. Overall, this update wasn't very good at all.

I personally hope in one of the NTR endings they have like a moment when wife has just got finished getting dug out. They pan to the house camera. She answers the door and she is given and envelope she goes in the living room with Marcus they open it and inside is pictures of them fucking and divorce papers. MC is watching the whole thing.

Just please, let us get some lines from MC about preparing for that first...

The game is created by a woman; her perspective is different from a man; she has different fantasies, and she also seems young.

Don't expect a male-dominated logic in this work. The game is based on the husband's perspective, but in reality, the protagonist is the wife (Julia), her "vacation", her "girlfriend", her "friends". Patrick is made as a passive character because I don't think he's a character the game's creator cares much about; he's more of a utility for Julia and her adventures.

Of course, there are things that could have been more coherent and I complained too, but for a debut it's pretty good and very entertaining.

I don't think this should matter, the Dev should also be looking at how things could fall apart too. Even as a female they should know things don't always go perfect.
The fact the Dev has a cheating path should also have an ending that allows the MC to get his revenge on her.

Some type of built in walk through or a walkthrough in general would be nice. I have played this game multiple times and never knew there was a cheating path, never seen it.

As to others are saying about a faithful path, why have it? Well some people like to be in charge and cock block other guys trying to fuck their wives/girlfriends.

One thing I dislike about games like this is the fact most of them have the 'you let the genie out of the bottle' type attitude. You start by making choices with your wife/girlfriend, then suddenly you lose control. This game, and many others, lack the ability to regain control or slow things down and the Wife/Girlfriend just turns into a whore that does whatever she wants, which often turns the MC into a cuck.

Where are the options to get mad and tell her enough and threaten her to stop or at least make choices with you? Yeah might end the game early but it should still be an option.

I do like this game, I would like more choices in a few places. Like the ability to call her or text her when she is in the middle of something you don't want her to be in, which stops her (or not) based on other choices made. Like the whole I changed my mind thing and I'm not sure I want this... (like darts and the other games, the Spa, the barbecue)

When playing this game the one nagging question I have is, why is she there and not with you at the hotel? I mean she just sits around all day at home fucking around with all her friends both literally and figuratively. Did I miss the reason? I don't remember any mention of her working or anything like that.

It's called "letting the Genie out of the bottle" for a reason - because you can't put him back in there anymore. While true that, in real life, you could sit down with your wife and talk your way out of her becoming a slut - it doesn't always end that happily for the couple.

Once the wife has had a taste of other dick, it's hard to let go of that feeling. Imagine if someone served you the best chocolate ice cream in the world, but then forbade you from ever tasting it ever again - surely that craving would be immense, no?

And that craving is exactly what AVNs like Stay Online use to explain the wife's actions. If we are being honest, that is far from the worst way to go about making the wife cheat in these circumstances.

As for the dev being a woman... I hate to sound sexist, but that would explain why the MC has been written so dumb these past few updates.

I feel like everyone's stereotypes on the female writer are ass-backwards from the usual stereotype, and that which I've found to be true in the real world; namely, women hate contentiousness. The whole "husband turns into a useless cuckold".... that's in the realm of male fantasy, not female fantasy. Sure, many women enjoy cheating erotic fiction and the allure of the illicit, but generally there's less focus on how the husband is being deceived or hurt and more on the relationship with the paramour.

However, agreed the mc here slips way too easily into a submissive observer role.

More and more with recent updates, there's this sentiment (perhaps not said verbatim, cant remember) of "if you're lucky you'll hear about it". To which any reasonable person in the real world would respond "You keep talking like that and you'll be lucky to have a husband to tell things to"

Ditto!

And that's why *sometimes* I still ask authors about alternative paths. It often feels like with just a change of text, not even necessarily new renders, a path can be made for those who'd rather not play a passive MC game. There should be a tag for "no agency for MC" or more broadly, "limited agency", if there is no path where the MC can take the reins of his life :p

If you excuse my generic incursion (not entirely off-topic, but only thematically related to it), it would be cool to see games explore swinging and even some femdom strictly as a "kink of the powerful". Similarly to Dijkstra/Philippa's relationship, but among equals, without the consummate inferiority of one facing the other, just either leisurely curiosity or some pursuit of self-discovery by those who aim to know and wield power. Even among the recent surge of AI swinging games that seemed like tracking in the right direction, some are already turning into the same old emasculation tropes, while others began with the wrong premise (for this type of narrative), with the MC's confession of an existential desire to be dominated/cucked/emasculated. The trope is the existential framing - authors seem to mostly miss the chance to create 3D characters with complex personalities, so if there's a kink or fetish, that must wholly define the character. It would be cool to see the opposite, for once, a game about a strong-willed male MC who enjoys different roles in power play, without changing his disposition.

But, a good writer can write both sides of the equation. I understand that the game is centered around Julia, as she is the only one in a position to "let loose", but the MC being a mute, passive observer is really ruining the immersion I could've otherwise had.

Again, NTS route has it's own issues - as you just pointed out (it veers too much on the NTR side for you folks, though I do prefer a little bit of it sprinkled in myself), but the NTR route has been completely gutted. It is still salvageable, if only the dev would bother writing actual lines for NTR MC.

This game could be top tier if it treated the MC as if he was really texting. When I say that how many of us text what we think. Example: you text your girl-where are you?, Girl text-my new neighbor john invited me to the club so we went. You text back-oh really!, but you are thinking-dumbass why would you go to a club with your neighbor you don't know. Bad example but you get my point, have a separate section showing his thoughts and have it frequent during important conversations.
